Is All American Scales & Calibration an accredited calibration lab?
Yes. Our laboratory in Stark County, Ohio is accredited by A2LA to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 (certificate #1848.01) for chemical, dimensional, electrical, mechanical, thermodynamic, and time and frequency calibration. Not every item on our website is covered by our current scope, so please check our Scope of Accreditation or verify it on A2LA's website.
Where is All American Scales & Calibration located?
We are at 12943 Lisbon Street NE, Paris, Ohio 44669, in Stark County, near Canton.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Ohio, including Canton, Akron, Columbus and Cleveland. Our service trucks also travel to customers in Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Kentucky.
Do you offer on-site calibration?
Yes. Our fleet of service vehicles lets us calibrate your equipment at your facility to ASTM standards. Some items may not be available for on-site calibration, so contact us for a quote and we will recommend the best option.

Are your calibrations traceable to NIST?

How do I get copies of my calibration certificates?
Log in to All American Asset Management from our Client Login page. You can view and print calibration certificates, recall lists and equipment lists, and see your complete calibration history. Step-by-step help is on How to Retrieve Certificates.
Do you repair scales and calibration equipment?
Yes. We provide replacement parts and repairs for scales and calibration equipment. See Parts & Repairs.
What are your business hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern. We also offer 24/7/365 on-call service.
